We want you to be completely happy with your new frame.
We absolutely understand that when you get them they may not make you look like
the film star you expected to look like.

For these situations don't panic - we make sending them
back (or changing them for something else) easy!

 

 

 

EASY 14 DAY WORLDWIDE RETURNS POLICY

ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND WITH 1 EXCEPTION:

Frames that have had prescription lenses fitted can not be returned for refund

 

  • We would advise that you buy the frame only first and ensure you are happy with it... you can then return it to us for the lenses to be fitted if you wish, knowing that they are exactly what you want.
  • The 14 day period does not start until the day after you receive your order

  • You have 14 days within which to NOTIFY US that you wish to return them - not necessarily 14 days to get them back to us.

  • Of course, you could also exchange - choose another frame and we will gladly send that out for you to try instead.

  • You are responsible for any return costs. 

  • Our returns address is on your invoice and at the bottom of this page.

Returning Frames For Lenses?
If you have tried your frames and have decided you want to return them to us to have lenses fitted, please return your frames to us and enclose a copy of your prescription, or you can enter it using our online form.
You can buy your lenses through the ‘Buy Lenses’ category, or give us a call and we can organise payment for the lenses over the phone. Plus we get to chat with you!

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you are unhappy with your purchase because of damage or a fault, please don't hesitate to email or call us 01434 221122 and we will arrange to put it right with as little inconvenience for you as possible.

We are just people - problems happen, mistakes are made and we feel bad about it. But we will do everything we can to put things right with the least hassle for you.

International Refunds
For non UK buyers - all refunds are made in UK pounds sterling and as such we cannot be responsible for any fluctuations in the exchange rate between purchase & refund dates.

 

IMPORTANT! PLEASE!  IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE EU PLEASE MARK YOUR RETURN PARCEL AS
"RETURNED BRITISH GOODS - NOT AN IMPORT"  OR THEY MAY BE CHARGED IMPORT DUTY.
