Simple Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE; FOR ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER 1st DECEMBER 2021 WE WILL ALLOW AN EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD UP UNTIL WEEK COMMENCING 24th JANUARY 2022 TO ALLOW FOR THE FESTIVE POSTAL BACKLOG.

We offer a full WORLDWIDE 30 day return policy for your convenience, day one is the first day after delivery.
You don't need a reason, and you can either email us to let us know you would like to return them or you can use our automated system built into this website (you need to log in). Please note that a condition of our contract with you is that we cannot refund return postage costs.

If you are unhappy with your purchase because of damage or a fault, please don't hesitate to email us or call us and we will arrange for replacements free of charge.

 

PLEASE NOTE If a frame is fitted with your prescription prior to despatch then this means that they have been specifically personalised for you and cannot be returned under our 10 day returns policy. We would advise that you buy the frame first and ensure you are happy with it ... you can then return it to us for the lenses to be fitted, knowing that they are exactly what you want.

 

We are just people - problems happen, mistakes are made. Just let us know and we will do everything we can to put things right with the least hassle for you.

 

For non UK buyers - all refunds are made in UK pounds stirling and as such we cannot be responsible for any fluctuations in the exchange rate between purchase & refund dates.
