SUPPLIERS TO STARS SUCH AS JOHN LENNON

Hand made in London at Algha Works, these rolled-gold frames are a real piece of history.

Originally set up in London in 1932, this factory has supplied stars such as John Lennon and Eric Clapton with their famous glasses.
It spent much of the 1940s and 1950s making the famous 'round eye' NHS glasses. Hand made in the same factory using virtually the same production process.

These are original vintage Hilton frames.  The glasses are in perfect condition and have never been worn.
